Current Competition

Today, Tuesday 7th August, delayed due to technical issues, we have gone back to the artist competitions and start our latest one The Spice Girls. To win this one you must attain the most artist bias points by answering groups of 3 artist questions on The Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Melanie C. Closing date is Saturday 18th August. Please note Victoria Beckham and Mel B, did not have enough hits to qualify as a special artist (you must have 6). In the event of an artist bias point tie, then the overall score will be taken into consideration.

Winners and Rankings

Stewart Lennox managed to win the overall (my favourite 5 years) 1985 to 1989 competition, and now claims his 4th first prize, with a top score, on the new strategy, of 110,780. Stewart now ties with Howie Ross as having the most first time competition wins. Well done Stewart.

Please note Steve Cann is back in play for this competition, having won our first Artist Bias competition back in June, The Beatle and The Stones.  

Our bonus prize this time is awarded to the highest non-first prize winner and that goes to Matthew Clegg. Matthew has been a member since January this year and his highest position prior to his 3rd place on this competition was ranked 4th in our first double decade back in April. Well done Matthew.

Game News

Game fixes went in last weekend, and have fixed a number of the issues, they may be a few gremlins left so we are still actively looking at these.

As well as introducing the hangman timer last weekend, we have also added in the artist bias point count as well, so while you are playing the new Spice Girls competition you can see how many points you are collecting. This is displayed above the overall score (top right hand corner).

Site News
