Current Competition

To round off our trip from Double Decade (1960 to 1979), through to Eurovision (1981 - 1997), we are starting the Last Five Years competition today (13th May). To have a chance of winning you must select the years 2002 - 2006.

Winners and Rankings

Stewart Lennox from Suffolk retains his number 1 ranking and wins his first competition with a score of 344,140. Stewart joined UltQuiz just under a month ago. He takes the £25 cash prize.

Si Harris from Derbyshire claims the 2nd place. He has now amassed 3 consecutive competition wins. He now receives £5 worth of free credits.

3rd came Paul Gilbert from Cambridgeshire. He has now amassed 4 3rd places, 1 2nd place and 1 competition win. He now receives £3 worth of free credits. 

This time 25 players qualified for the hall of fame, here is the top 10 ranking with the last competition's position in brackets. Please note when artist bias starts the rankings will be based on the overall scores, not the artist bias points.

Game News

Artist Bias is only two weeks away. A quick recap on how this will work. The artist bias will appear on the first square of every artist selection screen. If you choose that artist and answer all 3 questions right you will get an artist bias point. For artist bias competitions the winner will have the most artist bias points regardless of the overall score. The overall score will only come into play when there is a tie on the artist bias points.

HMV have kindly donated some CDs for this competition, and the actual artists will be based around the prizes. Keep an eye on the home page, as this will show the artist for the competition as soon as we know it. We also have some more Official Charts Company Top 100 Single Books and Game DVDs to give away to the first prize. 

We are continually trying to improve the game, however problems can creap in so if you see any please email me on info@ultquiz.co.uk . We made some changes recently and it looks like the periodic duplicate titles and 'undefined' problems seem to have disappeared. If you still see any please contact me.
