Current Competition Today, Sunday (15th April), we have started the Double Decade competition. The prize years are in play and this will automatically set 1960 to 1979. If you select these and are top of the Hall of Fame by 28th April, then you are eligible for the £25 cash prize. To see a full list of the prizes please go to http://www.ultquiz.co.uk/prize.php Winners The Player's choice competition finished yesterday and we had a winner. It was Si Harris from Derbyshire. He now wins his third competition in a row, with a score of 92630. Si started playing in late February, was third in his first competition and then has won all the others since then. Though by Si's own admission he is unlikley to win the current one as he is not a 60s fan. Second place was Paul Gilbert from Cambridgeshire with a score of 78610. He was leading for most of the second week up until Saturday. Paul has been a member since late January and has been top 3 in the last 5 competitions, this also includes the 00s competition win. Howie Ross from Middlesex was third with a score of 59700. Howie has been a member since November last year. He has won three previous competitions (Last OCC Goodies Bag, All Years and 80s Cash Prizes). Howie also suggested this players choice (1976 to 2006). Remember you can email me info@ultquiz.co.uk if you have any year ranges that you would like to see in a competition. Game News Next week we will fixing the session timeout issue. Some of you have had the rare problem when your score increases but it is not shown on the hall of fame. If you do get this in the interim, please email me a screenshot of your score and I can manually update the score for you. Forthcoming attraction, which will open up a whole new range of competitions is Artist Bias. Stay tuned for more info on this nearer the time. We are also looking at changing the strategy of the game soon, so that it is harder to get high scores. This way the game is a lot more open to everyone.
